These terms apply to every order placed on bansheemarket.com. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
Banshee Market sells aftermarket and replacement parts, performance upgrades and complete pre-owned machines for the Yamaha YFZ350 Banshee through bansheemarket.com.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when payment is taken and we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
4. Product information and fitment
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Fitment can vary by model year and by modifications to your machine, so please confirm fitment before ordering. We are happy to help. Many performance parts are intended for off-road or competition use only; it is your responsibility to use them in line with the laws that apply where you ride.
5. Complete machines
- Machines are pre-owned and sold as described in their listing, including any seller notes.
- We provide the signed title and a bill of sale. Registration, local taxes and compliance with local rules for off-road vehicles are the buyer's responsibility.
- Delivery arrangements are confirmed with you after your order, as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.
6. Delivery and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy.
8. Warranty
New parts carry any warranty provided by their manufacturer. Pre-owned machines are sold without a manufacturer's warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage caused by improper installation, misuse or modification of the goods.
10. Trademarks
Yamaha® and Banshee® are trademarks of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. Banshee Market is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Yamaha.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
